• Identify new business opportunities and develop own market • Define and implement customer action plans for existing and to win new accounts • Creating customer visit plans, cash collection and reporting to Sales and Finance • Close follow up the economical situations of the customers to be proactive and optimizing customer portfolio • Collecting relevant customer and competitor information • Coordinating and ensuring resolution of customer complaints
