Description

• Maintain a DCAA Compliant accounting system • Prepare Incurred Cost Submissions for DCAA • Act as liaison with DCAA Office • Implement internal process and controls • Responsible for project setup • Ensure proper revenue recognition • Prepare timely invoices and supporting schedules • Reconcile unbilled receivables monthly • Support accounting operations including A/R, billing, collections, A/P • Perform secondary review for expense reports • Support month-end and year-end close process • Prepare accurate financial statements

Requirements

• Government contracting industry experience • Solid understanding of federal contracts • Full accrual accounting knowledge • Working knowledge of FAR and DCAA compliance • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • 3+ years of DCAA and financial management experience • 1+ years hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint • 2+ years developing and submitting PBR's • 2+ years processing ICE reports to DCAA • Experience with CPFF/Cost Plus Contracts • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills • High attention to detail and time management • Experience with small to medium size businesses
