• Manages, co-ordinates, builds and develops the business with the goal to maintain profitable relationships. • Achieving sales targets set by the Company. • Developing the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan. • Organizing and structuring sales activities; regular visits to main Customers and Distributors. • Managing specific Global/European Accounts and developing growth strategies and pricing agreements. • Creating new business and sales opportunities; identifying possible new markets for products and services. • Continuously collecting data and reporting on market trends, competitive products and pricing. • Implementing sales and marketing programs for targeted markets, products or product groups.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering with several years commercial experience in B2B consumable goods industry. • Alternatively a Masters in Metalworking. • Experience in Metal Working / Metal Working Fluids industry/Industrial Lubricants. • Entrepreneurial attitude, extrovert, self-motivator, diplomatic, sense of humor, internationally oriented. • Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build and develop cross-functional relationships. • Strong communication, selling and presentation skills, analytical. • Preferably a network of contacts within the (metalworking) industry. • Demonstrated sales and marketing ability and successes. • German native language and English language skills preferred.
