Description

• Responsible for managing key client projects. • Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials. • Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project. • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Reports and escalates to management as needed. • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. • Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. • Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar role. • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Superior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience with file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
