📋 Description
• Manage relationships with clients, talents, and Dulcedo team members • Shape distinctive brand identities and digital strategies • Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships • Maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands • Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with talents on their social media presence • Manage day-to-day activities of talents • Manage inbound PR requests and interview requests • Contribute to outbound strategies • Attend on-site production days and talent events • Participate in the buddy program to mentor new hires
🎯 Requirements
• Around one (1) year of experience in digital marketing, PR agency, Gaming/Esport agency or relevant experience • Experience in communicating directly with corporate clients and talents (an asset!) • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset • Strong organizational skills • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively • Knowledge in assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs • Strong knowledge in paid media, digital marketing, and public relations • Strong knowledge in gaming and esports online communities • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset • Excellent people skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships
