β’ Franklin Madison is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our marketing team. β’ This role will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives by assisting with the planning and implementation of direct marketing initiatives across all insurance products and medias. β’ The Marketing Strategy Coordinator must be professional and confident with success based on timeliness and accuracy of marketing strategy inputs. β’ Partner with internal teams to gather and input client/campaign details into planning database to ensure marketing plans are current and accurate. β’ Assist Strategy Managers with overall coordination and execution of client partner programs and monthly channel testing plans. β’ Assist with maintaining and communicating marketing calendar updates as needed. β’ Track, analyze and report key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and identify trends. β’ Assist in creating internal and client-facing performance reports and presentations. β’ Utilize all checklists and QC tools to maximize accuracy and ensure timely campaigns. β’ Identify and provide solutions in any areas needing improvement to enhance overall Strategy planning and execution efficiency.
β’ 4-year college degree preferred with business or marketing emphasis a plus β’ 2+ years work experience in related field (Banking or Direct Marketing) preferred β’ Detail orientated with strong organizational and follow-up skills β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and work independently β’ Ability to identify problems and opportunities, make recommendations, and initiate appropriate actions β’ Analytic abilities, experience with reporting and data analysis β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills β’ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple computer applications β’ Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
