• Experience with product growth of B2B and developer focused tools • Experience scaling from zero to one • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) • Develop and implement growth strategies for our cloud platform • Clear roadmap for acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and boosting retention and LTV • Lead product development initiatives across product, design, marketing, and engineering • Demonstrate expertise in using data analytics to guide product decisions • Help implement the right martech and data systems • Encourage innovation and creative thinking • Help implement budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis • Use strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse product team • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills • Showcase skill in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years in digital product experience • Part of a global team • Built a developer start-up brand’s product for growth • Successfully navigated and contributed to the growth of successful apps that served millions of users • Commitment to the mission and vision of the company • High level of passion for product-led growth and scaling startup teams • Ability to work with a founding team and grow with it • Empathy and support for team members • Handle the realities of a software startup
