Description

• Follows procedures to process death claim transactions • Corresponds with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding contracts • Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of any contract worked • Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately • Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests • Provide an elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements

Requirements

• High School Diploma completed • 2-4 years of relevant insurance business experience • Working knowledge of insurance products and applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines • Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience • Great typing and documenting skills • Empathy, sensibility and high sense or touch are necessary for the type of support we provide to our customers
