📋 Description

• Responds to moderately complex customer questions on accounts, plans, products, etc. • Researches inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner. • Processes requests and updates account information with results of research. • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing requests for multiple clients. • Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts/plans. • Interfaces with team personnel, management, and customers regarding customer service issues. • Ability to handle other duties as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of related work experience (financial and annuities). • Solid knowledge of the financial industry. • Knowledge of DOL reporting requirements. • Demonstrated technical & functional proficiency. • High proficiency in Excel. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Focus on Customer Service. • Demonstrated problem-solving / Analysis ability. • Ability to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment. • Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team environment.
