β’ Schedule: M-F from 8:30 AM EST to 5:30 PM EST, but you MUST be available for on-call, after-hours support rotation, and weekend schedules. β’ The ideal candidate will provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to clients regarding the use of InteliChart healthcare software applications. β’ Organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timeliness, and/or deadlines. β’ Quickly identify problem areas or situations, evaluate problem causes and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate problems identified. β’ Become an application super user for all InteliChart applications/products. β’ Learn the customer's operations and systems and prioritize customer requests according to established guidelines. β’ Continually learn and utilize highly specialized software applications. β’ Prepare and provide routine reports. β’ Work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Experience with healthcare software and/or healthcare industry is required. β’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills (including investigative troubleshooting skills and at least 2 years of SQL experience). β’ Ability to create complex queries with joins, filtering, aggregates, etc. β’ Previous experience providing software application support to healthcare clients. β’ Critical thinking and strong troubleshooting skills. β’ Excellent client service and communication skills. β’ Project a high level of energy and enthusiasm to clients. β’ First-rate phone and email etiquette, spelling, and grammar. β’ Overall understanding of network infrastructures. β’ Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience. β’ Experience with data management. β’ Fluent with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
