📋 Description
• Provide world-class customer support to internal and external customers. • Assumes responsibility for customer inquiries through incoming calls. • Document service events and generate work orders for engineers. • Schedule Field Service Engineers for maintenance and repair work. • Track orders, resolve complaints, and manage service reports.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required. • Associates' Degree preferred. • Prior hands-on order processing and data entry experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/support environment. • Access to ITAR, EAR, and Department of State controlled information.
