📋 Description

• Research payroll tax issues and provide resolutions. • Assist customers with tax-related questions via phone and email. • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate payroll tax information. • Help customers update payroll tax jurisdiction information. • Review and assist with payroll tax liability reconciliation. • Identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements. • Work with customers to set up Third-Party Agent (TPA). • Correspond with tax agencies regarding notices and inquiries. • Participate in tax filings and special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction. • 2+ years of payroll service bureau experience and payroll tax knowledge. • Ability to operate independently in a changing environment. • Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience handling sensitive information. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. • Nice to have: MasterTax Experience, FPC or CPP certification, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
