📋 Description

• Provide high quality customer care for a positive consumer experience • Manage inbound calls and emails regarding product and warranty questions • Deliver exceptional consumer experience fostering positive promotion for FBIN products • Handle consumer calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Identify root cause of issues and communicate effective solutions • Utilize technology for assisting consumers in identifying products and technical guidance • Manage challenging consumer situations professionally • Achieve daily targets related to call quality and productivity • Document consumer details as required by company protocols • Perform additional duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • 2 years experience in a contact center or other fast-paced customer service environment required • Minimum of 6 months of demonstrated performance as Associate Product Consultant • Incumbent must meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug tests • Excellent professional communication skills required, both verbal and written • Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and Microsoft Word • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a work environment that demands high-level focus, low mobility, and high observation • Ability to maintain a positive approach to the business, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
