Description

• Partner with EDE management team and stakeholders for network involvement • Stay current with new networking technologies • Create, assign and manage network team project work • Collaborate with project manager for reporting and project completion • Provide leadership and oversight to the network engineering team • Ensure company network infrastructure operates as designed • Provide excellent customer experience with timely responses • Manage relationships with networking vendors • Support our growing global network and manage global team of engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of previous experience in network engineering • 5+ years in a network management role • HS Diploma or GED required • Experience with ITSM tools (FreshWorks and JIRA preferred) • Familiarity with agile methodologies • Experience with enterprise firewall & security management tools like Palo Alto, Cisco ACI/DNA/ISE required • Telecom familiarity with Zoom and Teams • Excellent communication skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
