Description

• Assist with leading a fast-paced team of Engineers responsible for providing technical solutions. • Collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders. • Oversee technical operations of all billing and revenue systems. • Provide leadership, activity planning, and direction to complete team tasks. • Define a well-articulated vision for the short- and long-term technical roadmap. • Communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders to build trusted relationships. • Identify, select, and implement best practices to gather, document, and streamline processes. • Drive technical delivery across all technical functions.

Requirements

• Experience directly managing a development or technical team in the billing and revenue domain. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Well-versed in systems (NetSuite, Zuora Billing, RevPro, Salesforce) and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL, etc..). • Hands on experience developing and solutioning in billing platforms, including leading solution architecture. • Implementation expertise and practical experience working on large-volume billing systems projects. • Experience in collaborating with product owners representing Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Product & Engineering. • Experience in developing and retaining a highly talented team.
