Description

•Responsible for Analysis and Functional Design: Understand business issues and data challenges •Review, edit, and prioritize business requirements •Translate business/functional requirements into system level functional solutions •Develop functional design specifications, GUI, and screen interface designs •Partner with project personnel to identify required system changes •Conduct gap analysis for business/functional requirements and current system functionality •Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and developers •Ensure traceability from business/functional requirements to confirm system functionality

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) •3+ years of experience in related field •In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field •Proactive, Growth mindset •Experience with billing and payment analysis within healthcare is preferred
