Description

• Lead an enterprise-wide Transformation effort to deliver high-priority strategic objectives • Oversee the Transformation planning process and organizational reviews • Facilitate and coordinate with Transformation stakeholders to optimize relationships • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the investment portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience with strategic planning, annual planning, and/or performance tracking • If no degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience as listed above • Five years of experience leading teams and/or directly managing staff in dynamic settings (preferred) • Experience with day-to-day Transformation operations and detail-oriented management (preferred) • Integrative skill-set with spikes in problem-solving (conceptual, analytical) and communication (written, verbal) (preferred) • Highly collaborative (preferred) • Increasing levels of responsibility throughout career (preferred)
