Description

• Serves as a member of the proposal team in responding to RFIs and RFPs • Coordinates the workflow and scheduling for responses to proposals • Assists in developing and maintaining the proposal database • Provides support to Sales team for on-site visits and presentations • Develops responses to RFPs and RFIs • Responsible for managing the RFP/RFI process from start to finish • Evaluates RFP information and requests for accurate responses • Analyzes data to provide direction in identifying trends and programs • Maintains and evolves the proposal database

Requirements

• Strong writing skills - examples required • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in sales communication or marketing • Minimum 5 years experience if no degree • Direct experience managing small to medium sized projects or programs
