Description

• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of small projects • Collaborates closely with project team members and business owners • Oversees project to ensure resources, milestones, and implementation • Supports engagements and programs connected to Agent Engagement strategy • Utilizes project management methodologies to plan timelines and monitor status • Proposes a variety of solutions to business issues using analysis tools • Assists upper-level management on special assignments like budgets and operating plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 0-2 years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field • Exposure to sales marketing, social media, and communication planning • Attention to detail in project work • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Knowledge and appreciation of DEI efforts to support the agent population
