Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop program frameworks. • Plan, organize, coordinate activities and events. • Build relationships with local organizations and community members. • Provide support and resources to program participants. • Recruit, train, and supervise lodge volunteers. • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes. • Manage program budgets and seek funding opportunities. • Provide community tours for key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, recreational therapy, or a related field preferred. • 2-3 years experience in program coordination, event planning, or recreational therapy, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
