Description

• As an Applications Sales Engineer (AE) specializing in PTC software products, you will educate and empower clients through every engagement. • Preparing and delivering software demonstrations, and customer-specific mentoring. • Create a client-centric environment to master PTC tools, improving clients' current state. • Help customers recognize the potential benefits of PTC software, driving increased sales. • Run client workshops to educate and identify improvement solutions. • Offer business strategy guidance to clients for software and licensing improvements. • Collaborate closely with the customer experience team for ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering) preferred • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (10 years preferred) • Expertise in PLM solutions software and data management • Experience with PTC products, specifically Windchill and CREO preferred • Experience in sales demonstrations, technical education for adults, or working in a technical role at a manufacturer or distributor • Ability to deliver technical information effectively for demonstrations or educational purposes • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations • Good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve customer and company goals • Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output
