• 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Proven track record of driving new software and service sales in a software reseller, SaaS, or enterprise software environment. • Strong expertise in B2B sales, account management, and value-based selling. • Experience working with PTC software or similar industrial/engineering software is highly desirable. • Must have a proven track record of exceptional leadership and negotiation skills. • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations. • Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals. • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output. • Availability to travel within regions, and work evenings or weekends as required by contract obligations or company needs.
