Description

• Establish, manage and grow strong professional relationships and credibility with assigned enterprise accounts • Take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular monthly revenue delivery and implementations of account and business plans • Understand and apply market, industry and competitive knowledge to account management strategy • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs • Propose solutions and recommendations to support client needs/requirements • Forecast and track key account metrics • Build and manage an accurate sales forecast and manage a pipeline of projects • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests • Coordinate efforts with Regional Territory Sales Managers • Attend regular virtual team meetings • 10-15% travel to visit clients as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • 3-5 years of experience selling to large construction companies, developers and general contractors is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytics and organizational skills • Strong negotiation skills
