• Forms strategic partnership with clients • Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues • Present new ideas and innovations to upsell and enhance client products and services • Research high-level solutions for clients • Develop relationships with clients through regular meetings/conference calls • Manage the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services • Participate in client quarterly reviews and travel • Plan milestones and track progress • Keep others informed by presenting information • Primary point of contact for sales and service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience • Minimum three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role • Experience working for or in Pharma • Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential • Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired • Technical skills a must
