β€’ Forms strategic partnership with clients β€’ Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues β€’ Present new ideas and innovations to upsell and enhance client products and services β€’ Research high-level solutions for clients β€’ Develop relationships with clients through regular meetings/conference calls β€’ Manage the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services β€’ Participate in client quarterly reviews and travel β€’ Plan milestones and track progress β€’ Keep others informed by presenting information β€’ Primary point of contact for sales and service

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience β€’ Minimum three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role β€’ Experience working for or in Pharma β€’ Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential β€’ Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired β€’ Technical skills a must
