• The Ford Pro Specialty Vehicle Team is responsible for the interface between Ford Pro and the modifiers (upfitters), building strong relationships in adherence to safety and quality. • Responsible for ensuring product related questions are answered in a timely fashion while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities. • The right candidate must be willing to travel, have great interpersonal skills, and have a strong business acumen with a broad technical background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years experience within the upfitter space • Basic understanding of Quality Operating Systems • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Enthusiasm for working with commercial upfitter customers and industry partners to grow sales, market share and increase customer loyalty of Ford Pro vehicles • Candidate must be able to travel overnight; estimated travel a minimum of 2 weeks per month
