Description
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure accurate billing for therapy sessions • Manage full RCM for assigned clients • Facilitate regular customer meetings • Review client billing documentation and submit claims based on payor requirements • Follow up on rejections, denials, and outstanding claims
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 2-3 years of experience in billing for ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy • 1-2 years of account management experience • Experience working directly with major commercial insurance and state Medicaid programs • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills • Experience using Kareo Billing software
