Billing Account Manager

Description
• Responsible for overseeing customer accounts • Ensure accurate billing for therapy sessions • Work with customers and insurance companies • Manage full RCM for assigned client accounts • Evaluate and troubleshoot customer concerns • Submit claims electronically for primary and secondary payors • Collecting for services using billing software • Post payments and maintain A/R
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 2-3 years of experience in billing for ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy • 1-2 years of account management experience • Experience working directly with both major commercial insurance companies as well as state Medicaid programs • EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication with clients and insurance companies • Experience using Kareo Billing software • CPB or other professional billing designation is strongly preferred • Proficient using and fluent in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
