Description

• Provide technical assistance and support during the sales process • Work closely with sales teams to design customized solutions • Maintain deep technical knowledge of the company’s products and services • Lead development and execution of POCs • Assist in responding to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams • Gather insights from customer interactions for product feedback • Train sales team on new product features • Ensure smooth handover after sale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field • 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical role in B2B environment • Experience working and/or selling to Manufacturing companies, preferably Automotive • Strong technical background and ability to communicate complex technical concepts • Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and services • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Familiarity with Sales Force, MEDDICC, and sales management tools • Experience creating technical content • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Language proficiency in multiple languages
