β€’ Responsible for growth at Observe AI, building success with top tier clients. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and discovery sessions for potential customers. β€’ Collaborate closely with Sales as a technical liaison to customers. β€’ Handle technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle. β€’ Required to travel typically twice a month for customer meetings. β€’ Leverage business acumen and technical proficiency for impactful solutions. β€’ Manage primary technical relationship with prospects for customer satisfaction. β€’ Hold discussions about security issues concerning enterprise application deployment. β€’ Develop Business Requirements Documentation for smooth transitions to Customer Success team. β€’ Oversee planning, management, and execution of customer pilots and POCs.

Requirements

β€’ 4-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Consulting experience in Contact Center, Quality Assurance, CRM, VoIP/Telecommunications desirable. β€’ Proven track record of selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market executives. β€’ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities. β€’ Openness to work in a dynamic startup environment. β€’ Superior presentation skills for complex technical topics. β€’ Proficiency in hosted contact center applications is an advantage. β€’ Comprehensive understanding of technologies including JavaScript, SaaS, APIs, AWS, Azure, IT security, etc. β€’ Outstanding problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
