Description

• Responsible for growth at Observe AI, building success with top tier clients. • Conduct product demonstrations and discovery sessions for potential customers. • Collaborate closely with Sales as a technical liaison to customers. • Handle technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle. • Required to travel typically twice a month for customer meetings. • Leverage business acumen and technical proficiency for impactful solutions. • Manage primary technical relationship with prospects for customer satisfaction. • Hold discussions about security issues concerning enterprise application deployment. • Develop Business Requirements Documentation for smooth transitions to Customer Success team. • Oversee planning, management, and execution of customer pilots and POCs.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment. • Consulting experience in Contact Center, Quality Assurance, CRM, VoIP/Telecommunications desirable. • Proven track record of selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market executives. • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities. • Openness to work in a dynamic startup environment. • Superior presentation skills for complex technical topics. • Proficiency in hosted contact center applications is an advantage. • Comprehensive understanding of technologies including JavaScript, SaaS, APIs, AWS, Azure, IT security, etc. • Outstanding problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
