📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Are you a detail-oriented and experienced HR professional with a knack for executive support? We are seeking a Senior HR & Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while managing key HR functions. • This role requires someone with experience in HR administration, payroll processing (preferably using Paylocity), and executive assistance. • If you are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply! • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and maintaining HR records. • Manage payroll operations using Paylocity, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, deductions, and benefits. • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses. • Prepare HR reports, employee communications, contracts, presentations, and other HR-related documents as needed. • Schedule and prepare for internal meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. • Handle sensitive employee and executive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. • Assist in optimizing HR processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in HR & Payroll: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably with Paylocity experience. • Highly Organized: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently. • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in HR record-keeping, payroll processing, and executive support tasks. • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling internal and external interactions professionally. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems. • Trustworthy & Confidential: Able to handle sensitive company and employee information with the highest level of discretion. • Adaptable & Proactive: Comfortable in a dynamic work environment, ready to anticipate needs and find solutions proactively. • Team Player: Collaborative and personable, able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
