• Kundenbetreuung: Unterstützung der Kunden telefonisch und elektronisch bei Anwendungsfragen und technischen Problemen • Einweisungen & Schulungen: Durchführung telefonischer Einweisungen und Anwenderschulungen • Fehlerqualifizierung: Analyse eingehender Fehlermeldungen und Dokumentation in Ticketsystem • Priorisierung & Klassifizierung: Analyse und Klassifizierung der Fehlermeldungen • Kundendatenpflege: Anlegen und Pflege neuer Kundendaten sowie Korrespondenz
🎯 Requirements
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen • Hohe Internetaffinität und Lösungskompetenz, sicherer Umgang mit Internet und PC • Positives, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern • Freude daran, anderen zu helfen, strukturiert und selbstständig arbeiten • Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und den Überblick in stressigen Situationen behalten • Professionelle Kommunikation in deutscher (und bestenfalls auch in englischer) Sprache
