• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (auf muttersprachlichem oder nahezu muttersprachlichem Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. • Technikaffin, kritisch und logisch denkend. • Nachweisliche Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein Talent dafür, Lösungen zu finden. • Strukturiert und organisiert, mit gutem Zeitmanagement und einem Auge für Details. • Selbstbewusst, anpassungsfähig und mit einer positiven Einstellung. • Erfahrung im Bereich SaaS/Software-Kundensupport ist von Vorteil (dies ist kein Callcenter-Job!).
