• 5+ years of experience in product management, e-learning/online learning platforms, instructional design, or a related field. • Proven track record of managing SaaS platforms or LMS solutions with a focus on workplace training. • Strong understanding of learning technologies, SCORM/xAPI standards, and instructional design methodologies. • Experience, understanding and/or exposure working with compliance training content. • Ability to bridge the gap between content strategy and technology, ensuring an integrated approach to learning delivery. • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform content roadmapping, and platform improvements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Bonus: Experience with AI-driven learning experiences, interactive/adaptive learning, or gamification. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as OSHA, GDPR, or industry-specific regulatory training. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle best practices.
