Description

• Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple. • The Sales Enablement Manager will develop and implement strategies for the sales team. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 5+ years of related experience. • Proven track record of success in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations roles. • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop engaging and effective sales training content. • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
