Description

β€’ Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple. β€’ The Sales Enablement Manager will develop and implement strategies for the sales team. β€’ Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver training programs.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. β€’ 5+ years of related experience. β€’ Proven track record of success in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations roles. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to develop engaging and effective sales training content. β€’ Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms. β€’ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
