• Eberjey is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Manager to lead photoshoot production, manage creative team projects, and oversee all photography assets. • This essential role brings Eberjey’s vision to life across platforms by ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, on schedule, and with a focus on our brand’s comfort-driven elegance. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a strong background in production and project management, a passion for fashion and storytelling, and an eye for aesthetics aligned with our brand ethos. • As a self-starter and skilled communicator, you will balance creative workloads, adjust priorities as needed, and coordinate effectively between the creative team and other departments to align on goals and timelines. • To apply for this role, please submit the online application and complete a Predictive Index Assessment located here.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry. • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. • Proficiency in project management tools and digital asset management systems. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • A proactive approach to system development and process optimization. • Experience building, managing, and setting up project management tools. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction on projects.
