Requirements

• 5+ years of operations management experience, healthcare preferred • Track record building and leading customer service teams • Strong analytical capabilities with focus on process improvement • Experience using data to optimize operational performance • SQL proficiency required • Experience with ServiceNow preferred • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration • Bachelor’s degree required
