• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a focus on digital media within an agency, client-side or publisher setting. • Demonstrable experience in senior-level engagements with key decision-makers, emphasizing digital media strategies. • A history of driving significant, scalable, and sustainable business growth. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on digital media topics. • Independent work style, adept at operating with minimal supervision while maintaining team cohesion. • Confidence and credibility in discussing digital media at an expert level. • Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a dynamic and agile approach. • A highly collaborative nature, consistent with Ebiquity's core values. • Willingness to travel as required to engage clients and lead digital growth initiatives. • Emotionally intelligent; digital and technology savvy; energetic; optimistic • Expert level selling and negotiation capabilities. • Gravitas and ‘presence’ to lead client communications. • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment. • Passion for media and marketing with a desire to keep up with the latest industry trends.
