• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP practice, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem. Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Formulate and drive forward partnerships with SAP, plug-in platform vendors, and other SAP partners to enhance our service offerings and market presence. • Grow and develop the SAP team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, certifications, and professional development. • Lead the effort in selling SAP services to prospective and existing clients, including developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the SAP ecosystem, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a strong track record of leadership and business development. • Deep level relationships and networks within the SAP community. • Proven ability to identify and sell SAP services to prospective clients. • Experience in formulating and driving partnerships with SAP and other relevant partners. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and develop team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
