• Remote opportunity with focus on establishing partnerships to support value-based care growth • Responsible for selling Medicare Advantage and Fee-for-Service Provider Enablement services • Identify and develop strategic business relationships across payers and provider segments • Achieve sales goals by developing new business opportunities • Collaborate across various teams to execute sales plans • Conduct persuasive sales presentations demonstrating unique value proposition • Negotiate partner contracts and align with business objectives • Partner with Finance and Actuarial teams for acceptable contractual terms • Manage CRM data and provide progress reports • Participate in high-value conferences and events
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of relevant healthcare industry experience • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and value-based care programs • Extensive healthcare experience selling to and managing relationships with payers and providers • Strong financial acumen with understanding of provider, payer, and value-based care payment models • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills • Proven skills in developing strategic framework and storytelling • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Ability to manage multiple, high-profile, and high-impact opportunities • Adept at collaboration and teamwork with strong relationship management skills • Adept at business intelligence with ability to simplify complex concepts • Health & Life licensed
