📋 Description

• We are Mechanism Ventures. In 2019, we started building profitable startups from scratch. • We brought together top engineering minds to drive a 100% success rate and turn company building into a science. • During that time, we’ve built ten high-growth companies driving $100M+ in revenue. • We’re working to automate company building to launch profitable companies. • Your Mission: Take a DTC e-commerce company from break-even to $1.5MM. • You'll personally own the growth strategy, make hard calls under pressure, and drive the business. • You will be responsible for scaling and leveraging the existing profitable foundation into an enterprise. • You will manage P&L, product operations, and growth marketing. • Work with a core team and have the ability to hire contractors or full-time team members. • Your role will involve scaling and building a leadership team for exponential growth. • You’ll have access to Mechanism’s in-house Practice Areas for operational support. • After scaling Level Sports to $1.5 million in the first year, you will build your own team.

You can work wherever you’re most productive. • This role is full-time and must overlap with US ET for most of the workday. • Our compensation packages include a base salary and a significant equity stake. • For candidates located in New York, Washington, Colorado, California, and Illinois, the base salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 USD.
