β’ Minimum 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise sales, ABM, customer acquisition and retention β’ Proven experience in successfully implementing both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies β’ Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels β’ Proven track record in mapping and optimizing the customer journey across various touchpoints β’ Strong experience in managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders β’ Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth β’ Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution β’ Proven experience in driving website optimization strategies β’ Strong proficiency in analytics, reporting, and leveraging data to guide marketing decisions β’ Proficiency with leading marketing technologies such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Influ2, Intercom, and Google tools β’ Extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams β’ Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills
