Description

β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth β€’ Own and optimize key marketing channels, including paid search, paid campaigns, and event marketing β€’ Lead customer marketing efforts aimed at enhancing retention and driving upsell opportunities β€’ Drive website optimization strategies to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates β€’ Own reporting on the impact of growth marketing initiatives and channels β€’ Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity and optimize marketing processes β€’ Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure alignment with brand positioning β€’ Champion a culture of innovation and exploration of new channels and tactics β€’ Build and lead a high-performing growth and customer marketing team β€’ Partner with Go-to-Market, Product, Data, and the sales team to support pipeline generation

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise sales, ABM, customer acquisition and retention β€’ Proven experience in successfully implementing both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategies β€’ Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels β€’ Proven track record in mapping and optimizing the customer journey across various touchpoints β€’ Strong experience in managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders β€’ Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth β€’ Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution β€’ Proven experience in driving website optimization strategies β€’ Strong proficiency in analytics, reporting, and leveraging data to guide marketing decisions β€’ Proficiency with leading marketing technologies such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Influ2, Intercom, and Google tools β€’ Extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams β€’ Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills
