• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred • 3 + years in direct sales in health insurance, insurance broker or healthcare provider space with strong track record of measureable success • Experience in working in high-performance, accountable cultures and developing teams • Ability to inspire, train, and motivate broker agency -advisors and clinic team members to drive business results • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to apply data and analytics skills to broker agency – advisor, clinic and personal performance • Strong work ethic, uncompromising honesty and integrity
