Description

• Responsible for soliciting business from retail automotive dealerships and other clients. • Ensure prompt and courteous service, resolving customer complaints. • Maintain accurate records of sales and manage departmental accounting. • Monitor competition and recommend strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline required. • Experience dealing with all customer types within the automotive remarketing cycle, including repossession agents, forwarders, auctions, fleet companies, manufacturers, and dealers. • Five (5) years of proven management skills and experience required. • A good understanding of competitive products and industry landscape is required. • Strong analytical skills and previous customer service/customer-facing experience required. • Up to 75% estimated travel time required. • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. • Auction experience is preferred.
