β€’ Collaborate with the Komodo Claims leadership team to create and execute strategies β€’ Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing β€’ Acquire new TPA programs while also focusing on the growth and expansion of existing ones β€’ Attend industry conferences as a sponsor or presenter β€’ Forge and maintain strong connections with fleets, insurance companies, reinsurers, and MGAs β€’ Look for synergies between our brands INSHUR, ABI, and Komodo Claims (UK) β€’ Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to effectively promote the Komodo brand β€’ While this role is primarily remote, up to 20% domestic travel may be required

Requirements

β€’ Auto Insurance Leadership Experience: Deep knowledge of the auto insurance industry, particularly in the claims process. β€’ Sales or Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in driving growth within an auto insurance environment. β€’ Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders. β€’ Strategic Relationships: Existing connections with fleets, insurance companies, insurance tech solutions, and/or shared economy companies are a big plus.
