• About LastPass • LastPass is looking for a Senior Payments Growth Analyst. • We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Payments Growth Analyst to join our team. • Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and factors influencing payment success. • Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict payment failures and proactively implement solutions. • Utilize prescriptive analytics to provide actionable recommendations for reducing involuntary churn. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new payment solutions and optimize existing payment infrastructures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics and data science, preferably in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries. • Demonstrated track record of applying data-driven strategies to improve business outcomes. • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for effective communication of insights. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business strategies. • Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. • Strategic thinker capable of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
