β€’ Manage user acquisition campaigns across channels, focusing on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap) β€’ Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize performance to meet KPIs β€’ Collaborate with Growth Creative team to introduce and develop ad creatives β€’ Guide user acquisition efforts in new markets and channels β€’ Produce reports and presentations on campaign performance with insights β€’ Manage relationships with select ad partners and coordinate ongoing tests β€’ Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

β€’ 3-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing/mobile user acquisition using channels such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions β€’ Experienced in leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue and/or user acquisition growth β€’ Experience working within a distributed team across different geographies β€’ Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization/BI tools β€’ Self-starter: thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight and comfortable in a fast-paced environment β€’ Able to work effectively in a remote environment with team members in multiple time zones β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, able to build strong working relationships with different stakeholders
