• Manage user acquisition campaigns across channels, focusing on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap) • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize performance to meet KPIs • Collaborate with Growth Creative team to introduce and develop ad creatives • Guide user acquisition efforts in new markets and channels • Produce reports and presentations on campaign performance with insights • Manage relationships with select ad partners and coordinate ongoing tests • Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

• 3-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing/mobile user acquisition using channels such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Experienced in leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue and/or user acquisition growth • Experience working within a distributed team across different geographies • Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization/BI tools • Self-starter: thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Able to work effectively in a remote environment with team members in multiple time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, able to build strong working relationships with different stakeholders
