📋 Description
• Reporting to the Head of Growth and Marketing, the DeFi / Capital Markets Lead will play a crucial role in growing Eclipse’s burgeoning DeFi ecosystem. • Work closely with the Ecosystem team to bring in more DeFi protocols to deploy on top of Eclipse. • Run Eclipse’s capital markets strategy and maintain close relationships with liquidity providers and market makers. • Travel to key business regions to build in-person relationships with developers/LPs and expand Eclipse’s book of business.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of work experience working on a DeFi protocol and/or a blockchain protocol with a noteworthy DeFi ecosystem • A robust understanding of incentive mechanisms (yield/emissions) • An extensive network of relationships with Market Makers, LPs, and whales • Deep understanding of crypto market liquidity dynamics • Strong intellectual curiosity in crypto • Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple work streams • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Personable and enjoys talking to both DeFi developers and institutional funds • Enjoys travel and is open to several, extended business trips a year • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
