• Own strategy for driving new and existing customers to ecoATM and Gazelle brand sites and optimize conversion accordingly • Set KPIs and monitor performance, reporting on revenue, CAC, LTV, volume, and profitability • Responsible for merchandising, promotions, conversion optimization, email and CRM, SMS, paid media, organic channels, traffic and sales forecasting for ecoATM and Gazelle brands • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability • Execute a data driven approach to managing the business, encourage the team to test and learn, coordinate with analytics partners on proving incrementality, and utilize learnings for future strategy shifts • Coordinate with cross functional partners on optimizing the UX, implementing technology changes to both the websites as well as our Marketing Technology (martech) stack, and A/B testing roadmap • Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver a best-in-class experience and exceed target business metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field • Minimum 15 years of progressive consumer marketing experience • 5 + years of experience in a Marketing leadership position with responsibility for managing a diverse team • Proven experience in driving profitable, fast, sustainable growth for an eCommerce business • Demonstrated leadership expertise in both performance marketing and eCommerce • Demonstrated experience forecasting and reporting KPIs to a diverse audience, including executives • Strong track record of effective people leadership and the ability to attract, develop and retain talent
