Description

• You are an integral role within the Client Success team by enabling mid-market clients to achieve their goals. • You will work with our mid-market clients to maintain exemplary service for the life of their partnership with us. • You are responsible for implementing and servicing the mid-market segment building client loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience within employee benefits, benefits consulting/brokering or insurance industries • Proven track record of working with mid-market for relationship management and consultation within health care benefits segment • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills • Excellent messaging, positioning and presentation of information for client impact • Unparalleled project management skills - identify a goal and the steps needed; actively manage action steps to accomplish goal • Strong business and financial acumen; strong problem-solving, judgment and analytic skills • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities • Prior success in a fast-growing organization • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to clients, EDH headquarters (Dallas) and appropriate industry events.
