Description

• Wagmo is on the lookout for a skilled business development and partnerships professional to support our national accounts within our growing employer division. • You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding Wagmo’s key growth partnerships. • Your experience will be instrumental in nurturing these relationships, engaging and educating stakeholders on the advantages of Wagmo's offerings, and ensuring the seamless integration of our services, solidifying Wagmo’s position as the go-to pet wellness provider for employers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the PEO or similar industries • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasive communication and stakeholder management. • Excellent organizational abilities, including overseeing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on detail or deadlines • Demonstrated capability in managing complex, large-scale, and high-value relationships. • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships. • Excellent written communication skills • You love solving problems and have a hunger to get to the bottom of things. You know how to objection handle and navigate your way through a complex org chart • Demonstrated ability to liaise between high-growth startup initiatives and large established corporations
