📋 Description
• We are looking for a knowledgeable operations wizard, who has a passion for complex clinical operations and optimization problems, to lead various clinical priorities from inception, ideation and discovery, through to road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation. • This position requires an experienced operator who can efficiently lead cross-functional projects, stand-up new initiatives from 0->1 and build a highly effective improvement system. • You will be successful in this role if you are a systems-thinker, prioritize well, and make high-quality, data-driven decisions, but are also willing to roll up your sleeves to help us continuously improve. • This role will work closely with senior clinical leaders and collaborate across the organization with member services, network development, legal, analytics and provider teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm focused on at least one of the following: strategy, operations, finance • 2+ years of operating experience at a health tech or innovative healthcare services organization • Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership skills • Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams • Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive actionable insights • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
